Returning a product

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel the contract within 14 days starting from the day after the date of delivery of the goods to you (or someone you nominate).  You may cancel the contract using the pro forma cancellation form to be found at the following link here.

If you wish to return a product this must be done using Royal Mail special delivery to Talamh-Grais, Allanfearn, Inverness, IV2 7HY. Where applicable, refunds are made back to the credit/debit card used to pay for the order. When a refund is made to a credit or debit card or via an online payment system it may not show up in your account straight away as the clearing banks take time to process the refund. Typically this can take up to 7 working days, but varies depending on your own bank.

All items returned must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged and in their original condition and packaging, which must also be undamaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please return any unwanted items within 14 days from the date you have informed us of your wish to cancel the contract for a full refund via the original payment methods.

Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the item. Please note no refund or exchange will be given without a despatch note, receipt or other proof of purchase. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.

When we receive a product returned to us for refund and are satisfied with its condition and the reason for return, we will process your refund for the full amount that was paid for the item and any basic delivery costs.

We will always accurately list on the description page the actual size of the ring offered.  We do not offer a resizing service. However, rest assured that any reputable jeweller can resize your ring, usually up to a maximum of 3 sizes. This costs approximately £25 depending on type of ring.  We will endeavour to list (when in our opinion) a ring can not be resized.
